Salsalitos Cantina Mexican Restaurant

Nice atmosphere. Lot of seating, not loud. They have four different kinds of salsa and all were very good. The only disappointment is the chimichanga is advertised as fried but it wasn't so it was just a burrito. I hadn't eaten all day so I didn't want to mention it. It was still good. The staff was proactive in keeping your drinks full. The waitress Millie deserves a special shout out. I made a complicated order and she nailed it. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating despite my various requests. I made sure to leave her a big tip.

We visited Salsalito Cantina with a group of friends, and we had such a great time here. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting—perfect for a casual night out or even a fun dinner with family. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the crispy fish tacos, which were perfectly seasoned and had a nice crunch with every bite. The chicken quesadilla was cheesy, flavorful, and generously filled. The beef fajitas were tender and full of that smoky grilled flavor that makes fajitas so good. We also shared a plate of nachos, and they were loaded with toppings, making them perfect for sharing at the table. Portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. One unique touch I really enjoyed was the photographer who goes around taking pictures. For just a couple of dollars, you can get a nice printed photo, which makes for a fun and memorable keepsake from your visit. It added a special charm to the experience, especially if you’re there with friends, family, or on a date night. Service was friendly and attentive without being rushed, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. Prices were reasonable considering the quality and portions of food. Overall, Salsalito Cantina is a fantastic spot for Mexican food in the area. Tasty dishes, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere—it’s a place I’d definitely come back to and recommend to others.

My husband and I took our son and his two daughters to Salsalitos tonight. The chips were perfectly thin and the salsa was blended so that it coated the chip “just right.” The two kids meals had so much food—almost as much as a regular plate. I ordered the Pollo Loco and the flavor was amazing. We were all satisfied after we finished, and when the waitress asked if we wanted dessert, my son jokingly said, “Only if you have milk shakes.” (Quick backstory, one granddaughter asked for a milk shake two days ago, but we were unable to get one that day. My husband promised her that she’d get one this week, but the opportunity hasn’t happened until …) The waitress said, “Yes, we actually do.” (None of us expected a Mexican restaurant to have milk shakes!) Our granddaughter got her strawberry milkshake, I had chocolate and my husband had vanilla. Our other granddaughter had a small bowl of vanilla ice cream, which she shared with her dad. We left very full and extremely happy! Kudos to our waitress, Amanda, for taking such good care of us, too!

In from out of town for special occasion. 1st upon walking in it appears as another fast food type sit down restaurant. Couldn't have been more wrong. My Tex-Mex combo plate was over flowing with ribs and fajita meats. The Spanish rice was awesome, and the beans were flavored to perfection. Service was fantastic. Troy was on job only 5 days but handled his section as a pro of many years. Drinks were never empty. Guacamole was fresh and delicious. I complimented manager Omar and staff. Before we left Omar was passing on acquiliads to staff on floor & in kitchen. True professionalism. Will be back for another fantastic family dinner.
